Heaven and Earth Plants Shipping Policy
Congratulations on deciding to purchase your own living plant. We are excited to deliver your plant to its new home.
With the above said, do take note that plants vary in sizes, color and nourish requirements. With seasonal changes, each plant uniquely transitions through these annual cycles, thus, discoloured leaves may be present at times, due to the regeneration process. Plants may not look exactly as in pictures.
Through placing your order online, you acknowledge the following conditions:
- You accept and are fully aware of the pot and plant size you have selected.
- We take great pride in delivering quality products and hope you will receive the plants in such order, however, if you are not fully satisfied with the quality of your plant, we will accept the return of the plant at the present time of your delivery. Kindly provide us with a picture of the plant and we will reimburse you for the total value of the plant.
- Once we receive your order and confirmation of payment, we’ll group the items, check the quality and make sure every product is available. We endeavor to respond within 1-2 business days on the status of online orders.
A. Farm Pickup – FREE!
We’ll send a notification via email or Whatsapp with Pickup instructions and time/date of pickup. This process will be 1-2 business days. We are situated on a working Farm, Karweyderskraal, 9km outside of Hermanus.

B. In-house Delivery
We supply plant orders within a 100km radius from Hermanus which include the Overberg up to Bredasdorp, Stormsvlei, Greyton, Villiersdorp, Grabouw and Rooi Els. We also deliver in the Helderberg area – Strand, Gordonsbay and Somerset West. With special request we’ll also deliver up to Cape Town, Stellenbosch and Paarl. Please note that delivery into these areas are not economical for the consumer unless it is for large orders.
Please provide your postal code for accurate shipping quote. Orders will be dispatched between 2-5 business days. Please make sure that you enter the correct address. We will contact you 24 hours in advance to arrange delivery. Make sure there is someone that can receive the delivery.
